These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PropQuant platform at propquant.com ("Service"), operated by PropQuant ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account registration

To access most features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence access to the Service without our written consent.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material.

3. Nature of the service

PropQuant provides property deal analysis tools for informational purposes only. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. All analysis outputs, projections, and calculations are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. You should always seek independent professional advice before committing to any property transaction.

4. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, analysis methodologies, and design — are owned by PropQuant and protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be clearly presented before purchase. All fees are stated in GBP unless otherwise indicated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep PropQuant available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropQuant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reasonable cause. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropQuant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
